MUSTI MUDRA (close your thumb with other fingers on both the hands) gives rest and relaxation for the brain.
One should do the Pran Mudra. Do it by touching your ring and little fingers with the tip of the thumb on both the hands.
To have desired results, one has to practice this Mudra at least for half an hour. You can also practice this Mudra while walking or sitting.
I and my husband had a bad argument and parted ways with ego, none wanting to say sorry or accept our faults. I chanted “TOGETHER DIVINE” for my peace of mind.
