MUSTI MUDRA (close your thumb with other fingers on both the hands) gives rest and relaxation for the brain.
One should do the Pran Mudra. Do it by touching your ring and little fingers with the tip of the thumb on both the hands.
To have desired results, one has to practice this Mudra at least for half an hour. You can also practice this Mudra while walking or sitting.
By not giving money to parents – even if they are rude to you, one can get pain either in fingers or in knees.
When your wife asks for money, you always give it grumbling. How money will come to you. Only pain will come!
If you are misusing office resources, for example using office stationery for personal use then be careful! If you are colluding with anybody, you may get caught!
